I Can't Shut Up
I confess that I want so badly to not be speaking to an empty audience. I want what I say and what I do to matter!
No one else seems to share my passion or my sense of urgency or my views. No one else seems to care. But I will be hear. I wont shut up.
I'm going to keep speaking until one person listens. And then maybe another. And another just might stop to listen after that. I can't quiet down because no one is even listening. All the more reason to shout even louder.
Gotta Pay Those Politicians
Over the last few years, corporate
tax contributions have declined 30% and spending on political lobbyists have increased over 200%. In 2010 the US Supreme Court declared money = free speech. So what you have to say about it is literally worthless. If you're not outraged, you're not paying attention.
